Most printers quote basic cheque pricing based on using 24lb bond paper, which contains no additional security features.

We price all cheque printing jobs using Impede cheque paper, which contains the security features listed below for the same price you will pay for 24lb bond at most other printers.

Impede Cheque Paper:
This unique featured paper is manufactured by a patented paper machine marking system. Alteration of paper fibres creates the appearance of lines in the paper, which optically change from light to dark.

This paper also has a special toner-fusing chemical built in to actually bind your laser printer toner to the paper. This has been shown to help prevent cheque alteration using the ‘scotch tape lift-off’ method to remove the printed toner details from the surface of a cheque.

Docu-Secure Watermark Cheque Paper:
This high security paper has all the features contained in Impede cheque paper plus an identifiable chain-link true watermark embedded in the paper along with visible and invisible fluorescent paper fibres that show up under UV light only.

Identify Your Needs

Do you have an existing format and need to reorder?

Do you want your logo printed on the cheque or just plain text?

Do you want to use one of our standard templates, or do you need us to custom design the cheque to match your business identity?

Will Impede cheques meet your security needs, or do you need the extra security of docu-secure cheque paper?

Do you need 1 or 2 signature lines? 1 or 2 perforation lines?

What number should the cheques start at?(All cheques must have MICR cheque code consecutive numbering)

What position should the cheque be on each page? Top, Middle, or Bottom?

Gather Current Details

If these are new cheques, please call 905-502-9998 and speak to Anoop Israni about design. We’ll either need a voided sample of your existing cheque or a MICR cheque code specification sheet from your banker.

We’ll need a copy of your logo if it is to be printed on the cheque. Please note: your logo will be printed in black. For quotes on color logos and cheques that are more than 1 color, please call Anoop Israni at 905-502-9998.

If we don’t receive a voided cheque sample, we’ll also need company contact information, your bank name and contact information, and account number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.
