Job Turnaround Times
Turn around times are based on receiving print-ready files as listed here: preparing files for print, file types we accept, scanning/resolution tips, and printing guidelines.
Most of our jobs are printed and shipped in less than 5 days. Job turnaround times listed below are based on the criteria below. Allow 2 extra days if proof, artwork or design is required. Does not include special printing, bindery, or rush jobs.

What is a print-ready file?

- Developed using Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress or Photoshop. For more see file types we accept
- All images, whether embedded or separate at 300 dpi
- Spot colours separated
- If bleeds are desired, include exactly 1/8 inch ¡ª not more or less
- Separate files for item front and back if back printing required
Please do not put more than one copy of your item per page. Don’t try to maximize a paper sheet, we’ll do that for you.
